My name is Ronald Mitterer, I'm a visual artist and fine art photographer based in Austria. Landscapes captured from abstract, unconventional, and intimate perspectives are my focus.

My intention

Make the invisible visible

Structures, lines, bubbles. Details that often go overlooked in wide landscape photography catch my eye.

Everyday situations can become quite exciting when you change the perspective or the way they're composed. Glacier crevasses turn into a symmetrical symphony of lines in dramatic light, or a frozen lake becomes a neural network of dendrites.
