Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.

Custom and non-returnable items

Each artwork is produced individually upon order and tailored to your chosen specifications. As such, our fine art prints are considered custom-made products and are exempt from return or exchange under EU consumer protection laws (§ 312g BGB / § 18 FAGG).

Returns are only possible in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

No returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If a return is approved due to damage or error, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for processing. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
