France | Corsica, Rotondo Massif
High on the Plateau de Camputile in Corsica's Rotondo Massif, a glacial lake has been slowly disappearing for thousands of years. Lac du Nino is filling with peat and sediment, and where the water retreated, pozzines have taken hold: flat bog meadows cut through with small water holes, each one feeding into the next through channels carved by snowmelt.
The Corsicans call them pozzi, meaning small wells. In this frame, bright chartreuse veins curl and wind through darker green like a slowly drawn map, tracing the invisible logic of water moving through peat. It is a landscape that only reveals itself from the air.
This print works in spaces that reward quiet attention: a living room with natural materials, a study, a contemporary office, or a hotel room that should feel like somewhere particular.
