France | Corsica, Rotondo Massif
The Plateau de Camputile sits at 1,700 metres in Corsica's Rotondo Massif, and Lac du Nino has been slowly retreating into it for thousands of years. Where the glacier once sat, peat now grows. Where the peat is cut by snowmelt, the pozzines form: flat bog meadows connected by narrow channels and small water holes the Corsicans call pozzi.
In this frame, a single dark watercourse snakes diagonally across the upper half - the clearest view of water actually moving through the landscape. Below, an open, even green gives the composition room to breathe. The most spacious and legible image in the series. It is a landscape that only reveals itself from the air.
This print works in spaces that reward quiet attention: a living room with natural materials, a study, a contemporary office, or a hotel room that should feel like somewhere particular.
